Following the traditional principle of building heat from the inside out, our classes systematically create internal heat and use harmonious sequencing to cultivate strength, flexibility, stamina balanced with relaxation and meditation. This allows for a much deeper experience of the poses in a way that is balanced, sustainable and supportive to the body.
