Wade's Cafe has been serving breakfast in Colorado Springs since Thomas "Shorty" Wade, first opened the original "Wade's Pancake House" in 1953. His recipe for success was homemade food, great service, and a great price. We continue to be committed to those values and our customers keep coming back.
The menu offers many of the signature items found at the original Wade's Pancake House, including our award-winning pancakes, which won "Best of the Springs" in 2008 and 2010. Other breakfast favorites include biscuits and gravy, omelets, breakfast burritos, French toast, and more!
If you'd rather have lunch, we have great burgers, sandwiches, salads, and homemade soups. We also offer delicious daily lunch specials.
