Using attachment theory, mindfulness, traditional and alternative modalities (including EMDR) to personalize every treatment plan, I strive to make a genuine connection with each individual to help inform my approach.
Through a collaborative process, we build a treatment plan which best suits your individual needs in order to process and release tension, anger, frustration and other emotions that may remain stuck from past experiences.
Certified EMDR Therapist, Neurodiverse Couples Counselor through AANE.org, Certified Autism Specialist, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).
I treat all ages, from 6 to 80+.
