Hi, my name is Joe Couch, owner and operator of RugWorx and a 20 year veteran in the cleaning business. Our main priority at RugWorx is to properly clean and care for your rugs while providing the best customer service to our clients. To accomplish this we have invested thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in training with some of the BEST rug cleaners and rug restorers in the country. What does this mean to you and your rug? It means that you can have 100% confidence that your rug will be cared for and cleaned like it was a 100 year old family heirloom. We treat every rug with the same care and respect it deserves. Most rugs are works of art and can take up to a year to be made and we will work hard to protect your investment and extend the life of your rug.
