Our Mission is to design and apply structural and systemic strategies to advance our nation's policies, practices, and institutions to achieve racial equity and have a substantial and lasting impact. We support leaders and guide institutions to create the infrastructure and build the necessary skills to make racial equity a core competency of their work.
