Time Is Expansive, Universal, Solar Systemic, Terrestrial, Biological, Individual, Relative, Philosophical, And Religious; And Yet, It Is Perceived As Inexorably Limiting.Through Studies Of Landscapes, Light And Movement, I Investigate A Concept Of Time As A Dance Between Presence And Absence.My Goal Is To Recreate, Through My Use Of Color And Composition, The Sublime, Sobering Effect That Nature Deploys For Many Of Us. I Hope My Abstracted Landscapes Function As Bright Stars, Distant Mountains, And Every Sunset To Remind The Viewer Of His Or Her Perfect Size, Place, And Time In The Universe.
