Nutrition is absolutely fascinating to me, and the fact that it has the ability to change ones growth and development is incredible. When I can remove a person's personal attachment to food and give them the tools to view foods for their nutritional contents instead, I love my job that much more. To see someone change their health, attitude, and energy levels just by the way they eat is so motivating.
