From 1990 through 2014, he's been listed in America's Best Lawyers for Orange County Family Law and the Los Angeles Times publication, Super Lawyers of Orange County. He served as a temporary Judge in the Orange County Family Law Court and has been a Private Judge and Special Master since 1980.
