At Kokoro Martial Arts we consider ourselves to be a progressive martial arts school. We have taken the most broadminded techniques from the Jujitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Escrima, as well as the principals of the past and integrated them with the traditions of the yesteryear.
We have developed a curriculum that is built around personal development, fitness, conflict resolution, anger management, self-defense, character education and first class leadership training.
The training at our school is used as an instrument for personal growth and is not just about physical self-defense; it is about mental self-defense and self-defense against mediocrity.
We offer specialized classes for children as young as 3 years old and our programs are age specific.
3-4 years old - Pee Wee Karate
5-6 years old - Lil' Tiger Karate
7-9 year old - Karate Tigers
7 and up - Family Martial Arts
