I'm Jack B. Carroll, an experienced criminal defense lawyer in Houston, TX. I've practiced law in state and federal courts since 1990 and I represented people from all walks of life, who were facing a myriad of different types of a criminal charges. I take on cases from all over the Houston area including Harris County, Montgomery County, Galveston County, Brazoria County, Liberty County, Chambers County, Waller County, Fort Bend County, and Austin County.
As a criminal justice attorney, I don't judge my clients on the basis of accusations made by law enforcement officers. In fact, most police officers have no idea of what the law states, leading to many false arrests, and sadly, false conviction and imprisonment.
