GoEstatePlans is brought to you by the attorneys at the Chicago based law firm of Waller & Co. We are Illinois estate planning attorneys with expertise in the area of Wills and Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate.
We created GoEstatePlans because we wanted to offer an efficient, modern, and more cost effective way to provide families an Illinois Estate Plan. Over the years our attorneys have run into to many families stuck with the added expense and stress of a family member passing without a proper Estate Plan. The most likely reason this occurred is because the deceased family members had the limited belief that they could not afford, did not have access to, or did not need an Estate Plan.
Our lead attorney is a CPA, former IRS agent, has conducted hundreds of Illinois Estate Planning seminars, and a former lecturer for Becker CPA review. Some of our other attorneys have backgrounds in financial, investment, and insurance consulting.
