(OTC:GLTK) announced today that it has obtained funding from private sources for its petroleum division, which will allow the timely recompletions and remedial workovers of its oil and gas properties located in Creek County, Oklahoma. Work will commence immediately. During the second quarter 2000, the company anticipates that nineteen wells will be in full production capacity. Phase I revenue projections are expected to be $325,000 per year from these petroleum assets. Phase II will include the secondary recovery of oil in the Red Fork formation, which could increase revenues to approximately $750,000 year. Independent reserve studies indicate approximately $10,000,000 dollars of proven producible reserves located on the properties.
