Providing food and more for individuals in need with compassion, dignity and respect. Our goal is to provide each client with enough nutritious food to make three meals a day for three consecutive days. No one in need is turned away. FISH Food Banks of Pierce County is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, ecumenical organization of volunteers providing food to individuals in need through our seven food bank locations and our mobile food bank. Since 1973, FISH has been providing food for Pierce County residents on a non-discriminatory basis. Our staff consists of five full-time employees, five part-time employees and more than 600 volunteers.
