Calvin Chin s Martial Arts Academy offers a comprehensive martial artsand fitness program for all ages ranging from youths to seniors. Ourtraining method is derived from the Fu Hok Tai He Morn system. The rootsof this system originated from traditional Hung Gar/Tiger Crane, Wu(Chien-Chuan) Tai Chi, and Mu Dong Yat Hei Ngm Hahng Morn. Precise andproper body alignment, along with hard and soft execution of movementsdeveloped from the lesser known Mu Dong system is what creates ourunique style. While the theories, principles and methods of all threesystems are integrated, Kung Fu and Tai Chi are taught in separateprograms, maintaining the original form sequences. This keeps theintegrity of each system intact.
