I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to find the right one for your individualized healing journey. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for all my clients. Therapy can feel scary and empowering at the same time, and I will be here to support you along the journey. I use a combination of techniques to treat each of my clients and cater to their specific and individualized needs. I am Certified as a Reiki Master and trained in Restorative Yoga. I am also a Certified Holistic Wellness Health Coach and Certified Nutrition Therapist.
