Each week we meet at a new location to incorporate whatever is on the path as part of our course...steps, cones, walls, sand, pavement, curbs, fences etc. while bringing unique tools/equipment to add creativity, challenge & variety. Building comradery among people who have common goals of weight loss, body sculpting and adventurous fitness.
